“It has been a good concept. You become more aware of whether you should take the stairs instead of the elevator, for example, even if you don’t track. You become aware that it’s relatively “small” things you can do and that you do anyway in your everyday life that can make a difference – or relatively “small” changes you can make, such as taking the dog for a walk at a brisk pace instead of a stroll.”
